Cancellation Policy

Peak Season Policy

Cancellation made more than 7 days before arrival:

50% of the advance amount will be deducted.

Cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival:

No refund on the advance amount. However, the amount can be adjusted for a future booking made within 3 months.

Off-Season Policy

Cancellation made more than 10 days before arrival:

Full refund of the advance amount.

Cancellation made between 14 to 5 days before arrival:

50% of the advance amount will be deducted.

Cancellation made less than 5 days before arrival:

No refund on the advance amount. However, it can be adjusted for a future booking within 3 months.

Refund Timeline

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days after submission of valid bank details.
